Kelsey has truly been an amazing rockstar throughout our home buying process! She was very responsive with any questions and was flexible when trying to choose times for house showings. Whenever we went to see a place, she could immediately tell you everything about the home/space and town. With her phenomenal knowledge, she has a great eye for what to look for whether good or bad. From flooring/ cabinetry, HOA relations, water heaters/pumps, ventilations in attics, etc. You name it and she knows the answer, including the difference between a cheap home reno or something of good quality that will last. This was super helpful to us with it being our first time purchasing a home. Also, if a place didn't seem right for us, she never made it feel like we were wasting her time. We are very grateful with the entire process and are so thrilled about our new townhome!!

How about 6 or 7 stars for the Kistle Team! Held an open house on Saturday and had final offers on the following Thursday! Accepted an offer $36K over listing price. Cleaning out your house before moving, they can put a dump trailer in your driveway and even find someone to help you fill it with your junk. Need your septic system pumped, they've got a guy. Septic system fails, the Kistle Team can pull an engineer to design a new septic system and a contractor to build it, right out of their back pocket. Need a quick paint job, they've got a guy. Well water test fails (arsenic of all things), they've got a guy who can install a mitigation system at a price that won't break the bank. Our real estate agent, Jeff, called and thanked us for being awesome clients and how he was appreciative of us working with him and choosing the Kistle Team to sell our house. Well, I turned it around on him and told him about the awesomeness of the Kistle Team and how they could quickly and efficiently work to solve all of the problems that I have enumerated above. So, the Kistle Team is AWESOME, AWESOME, AND EVEN MORE AWESOME!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Debbie. We were introduced to her about 8 months before we actually purchased a home. She took us on MANY outings to tour homes and get a feel for the area.
